Only 45 minutes from Yangon lies one of the finest seaside resorts in the country. The 10-kilometer-long NGAPALI BEACH invites visitors to swim, surf, snorkel and relax under palm trees fringing the seaside resort. Visit the small fishing villages and local markets, explore the countryside by bicycle (for rent at the hotel) and enjoy boat trips to the magnificent offshore islands. The ideal season for traveling to Ngapali is from November to April


BAYVIEW BEACH RESORT: Located at an unspoiled stretch of coast in the Bay of Bengal, a 15 minutes drive from Thandwe Airport. The resort includes 31 deluxe air-conditioned rooms, swimming pool, satellite TV, mini bar and restaurant with Western and Asian cuisine.

SANDOWAY RESORT: Nestled amongst 300 coconut palms on the pristine beach frontage of Ngapali Beach. The resort consists of 16 cottages and 11 apartments, scattered throughout the 9,000 square meters of tropical gardens, some with an ocean view. It is designed in traditional Southeast Asian elegance and is constructed of local materials such as teakwood, iron, stone and marble.

SILVER BEACH HOTEL: Ideally-located on the beach next to the Bayview Beach Resort, the hotel is managed by a group of friendly young Burmese. All its bungalows are situated in a large, shady and well-landscaped garden area with an abundance of palm trees. The bungalows have private verandahs and mostly sea views. The hotel has an open dining hall with a simple bar.

Yangon - Thandwe - Ngapali Beach (-/-/-)

DAY 1: Transfer from hotel to Yangon Airport. Domestic flight to THANDWE (Sandoway). Upon arrival in Thandwe, transfer to NGAPALI BEACH (provided by the hotel).
Overnight at Ngapali Beach.

DAY 2: Full day at leisure. 
Overnight at Ngapali Beach.

Ngapali Beach - Thandwe - Yangon (B/-/-)

DAY 3: Morning at leisure. Afternoon transfer to THANDWE Airport (provided by hotel) for return flight to YANGON. Upon arrival in Yangon, transfer to hotel or connect to international flight.
